Refund policy

At House of 1804, your satisfaction means the world to us. We believe art is deeply personal, and each piece is produced after your place an order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are limited—but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition and in original packaging.

• Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Window

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Returns within this period are eligible for a product-only refund (shipping is non-refundable).

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• All returns must be shipped to our studio in New York.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hello@houseof1804.com with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right—no worries.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

1. Email us at hello@houseof1804.com with your order number.

2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

3. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new piece as soon as we receive the returned item.
